The establishment of the plant extracts and Chinese medicine extract production line

In order to transform the R&D achievements to technology market, Traditional Chinese medicine quality detection and drug research and development center establish plant extracts and Chinese medicine extract production line in WuQuan Town,Yangling.

The project total invests RMB 80 million yuan, covers an area of 50 mu and a total construction area 19259.65 m2. The main construction contents include Chinese herbal medicine processing workshop 1980.0 m2, plant refined workshop 2160.0 m2, coarse extraction plant workshop 735.0 m2, Chinese medicine yinpian production workshop 2160.0 m2, organic food production workshop 2160.0 m2, functional food production workshop 2160.0 m2, raw material warehouse 360.0 m2, pilot plant and research center of 2160.0 m2, finished-parts storage and temporary library total 1320.0 m2, comprehensive office building 1987.8 m2 and other supporting facilities。At last, the production capacity can be dealing with the original medicinal materials of 1100 t/a and producing Chinese medicine extract and plant extracts of 200 t/a.

At present, the factory main body has been completed and would begin to product in May, at the same time , apply for the GMP certification.
